Winterhalter · Bristol
Winterhalter makes undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers, passthrough dishwashers and utensil washers. As an independent engineer, I repair and service Winterhalter machines across Bristol and the surrounding area.

You deal with me, the engineer, directly.
Fully insured (£5m public liability) and DBS checked.
The range
Winterhalter’s UC Series undercounters include glasswashers, dishwashers, cutlery washers and bistro machines, in sizes from S to XL. The PT Series are hood-type passthrough dishwashers, including the PT Utensil version for pots, pans and trays as well as dishes, and the UF Series are heavy-duty utensil washers for pots, pans, trays and bakery equipment.
Current models monitor things such as chemical levels and rinse temperature, and show messages on the display. A message can point in the right direction, but the real cause is often somewhere else, so it needs testing. Winterhalter also offers water treatment, built in or as a separate unit. Where there’s one on site, I can check that too.
Independent
I’m not connected to Winterhalter. If your machine is still under warranty, or covered by a rental or lease agreement, check that first.
Outside warranty, I’m happy to help. A photo of the data plate before the visit lets me identify the model, and parts are quoted and agreed before I fit them.
For general help with any make, see my pages on machines not draining, leaking, not heating or tripping the electrics.
The price covers coming out to you and the first hour of labour. Any extra time after that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
