Breakdowns · Evenings & weekends
A breakdown never picks a good moment. Whether it’s a Friday night, a Sunday lunch or a bank holiday, I take breakdown calls for commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and utensil washers across Bristol and the surrounding areas, evenings and weekends included.

While you wait
Send me the details
Out of hours, the best way to reach me is a WhatsApp, text or email. Include the make and model from the data plate, what the machine is doing, any error code, and a photo or two.
That information helps me arrive with a clear idea of what I’m looking for, and I can tell you up front whether it sounds like a repair or something to plan around.
Pricing
Breakdowns are charged by when the visit happens. Evening and Saturday rates apply after 6pm on weekdays and on Saturdays; Sunday and bank holiday rates apply all day. The full prices are below, with no VAT to add and parts agreed before fitting.
The price covers coming out to you and the first hour of labour. Any extra time after that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.

FAQ
Yes, including Sundays and bank holidays. Out of hours, send a WhatsApp, text or email with the machine and fault and I’ll pick it up.
Sometimes, but if it isn’t reaching temperature it isn’t sanitising, and if it’s leaking or tripping it should be switched off. Tell me what it’s doing and I’ll advise.
The make and model from the data plate, any error code, what the machine is doing (or not doing) and when it started. Photos are a big help.
A Sunday or bank holiday visit is £200 including the first hour of labour, then £50 per 30 minutes. There’s no VAT to add, and parts are quoted and agreed before fitting.
Warewash is my specialism, but as an electrical commercial catering engineer I can often help with other equipment too. Just ask.
