DC Products, based in Somerset, makes glasswashers, undercounter and passthrough dishwashers, utensil washers and conveyor dishwashers. As an independent engineer, I repair and service DC glasswashers and dishwashers across Bristol and the surrounding area.

The range
DC machines I work on
DC’s glasswashers and dishwashers come in several series, from Economy and Standard through Standard Extra and Premium to Optima. Alongside those, DC makes passthrough dishwashers, utensil washers and conveyor dishwashers.
Depending on the model, a DC machine may have an integral water softener, a rinse thermolock to hold the rinse until the water is hot enough, or a drain pump. The Optima range adds a touchscreen control panel with information and fault logs. A fault log can point in the right direction, but the real cause is often somewhere else, so it needs testing.

An independent engineer
I’m not connected to DC Products. DC sells its machines through distributors and has its own service network, so if your machine is new or still under warranty, contact your supplier or DC first.
Outside warranty, I’m happy to help. A photo of the data plate before the visit lets me identify the model, and parts are quoted and agreed before I fit them.

Pricing
The price covers coming out to you and the first hour of labour. Any extra time after that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.

Parts are always quoted and agreed before fitting. No hidden extras, so you’ll know the cost before any work goes ahead.
Every job comes with an invoice. Payment is due on visit completion, by bank transfer or cash. Account terms are available for regular customers.

Do you work on DC glasswashers and dishwashers?
Yes, including undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers and DC passthrough machines.
Are you a DC service agent?
No. I’m an independent warewash engineer working on DC and other brands.
Does my DC machine need a water softener?
In much of the Bristol area the water is hard, so softening is usually worth having. Some DC models can be fitted with an integral softener; otherwise an external unit can be used.
What does a DC repair cost?
A weekday visit until 6pm is £100 including the first hour of labour, then £25 per 30 minutes, with no VAT to add. Parts are quoted before fitting.
