Staff restaurants and cafés on business parks such as Aztec West run hard through the working week and go quiet at weekends, which makes a Saturday a sensible time for servicing or a bigger repair. Restaurants around Cribbs Causeway and the busier town centres see heavy throughput, where a struggling glasswasher or passthrough soon affects service.
Further out, country pubs and golf and sports clubhouses often rely on a single machine with no backup. Keeping that one machine reliable matters more than anything.
If you have more than one machine on site, I can look after them on the same visit.

The price covers coming out to you and the first hour of labour. Any extra time after that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Evening & Saturday visit

Sunday & bank holiday visit
All day
£200
including the first hour of labour
then £50 per 30 minutes
Parts are always quoted and agreed before fitting. No hidden extras, so you’ll know the cost before any work goes ahead.
Every job comes with an invoice. Payment is due on visit completion, by bank transfer or cash. Account terms are available for regular customers.

Do you cover Thornbury and Yate?
Yes, along with Chipping Sodbury, Kingswood, Filton, Bradley Stoke and the rest of South Gloucestershire.
Can you work around our office catering hours?
Yes. Visits can be arranged for evenings or Saturdays when the kitchen is closed, at the evening and Saturday rate shown below.
Our clubhouse machine stands unused for weeks at a time. Is that a problem?
It can be. Seals dry out, pumps can stick and stagnant water collects. A check before your busy season, and draining the machine down when it’s not in use, helps.
How much does a visit cost?
A standard visit (Monday to Friday, until 6pm) is £100 including the first hour of labour, then £25 per 30 minutes. No VAT, and parts are quoted and agreed before fitting.
Do you offer account terms?
Yes, account terms are available for regular customers, including businesses with machines on several sites.
