Servicing & maintenance · Bristol
Planned servicing helps keep your warewash machines reliable, efficient and hygienic, and can reduce the risk of a breakdown in the middle of service. I service commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and utensil washers across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

What's included
Why service
A worn seal or a scaled element found during a planned visit is a straightforward job. The same part failing on a Saturday night means a breakdown, an out-of-hours rate and a kitchen washing up by hand.
After each service you’ll know what I found, what I did and anything that needs attention soon, with parts quoted and agreed before fitting.
I can recommend a schedule that suits your machine and how hard it works.
Customers
Hotels, schools and care homes often have several machines. I can service them on the same visit.
The price covers coming out to you and the first hour of labour. Any extra time after that is charged in 30-minute blocks.
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.

Parts are always quoted and agreed before fitting. No hidden extras, so you’ll know the cost before any work goes ahead.
Every job comes with an invoice. Payment is due on visit completion, by bank transfer or cash. Account terms are available for regular customers.
FAQ
It depends on how hard the machine works. Every six months suits most busy sites; lighter-use machines may need only an annual service. I’ll suggest a schedule once I’ve seen the machine.
Yes. Visits are charged by time: the visit price includes the first hour, then 30-minute blocks after that, so servicing several machines together is usually the sensible way to do it.
Empty and clean the filters at the end of each day, check the wash and rinse arms aren’t blocked, keep the softener topped up with salt, and leave the door or hood open overnight to let the machine dry out.
Servicing is charged at the visit rates below. A standard visit (Monday to Friday, until 6pm) is £100 including the first hour of labour, then £25 per 30 minutes, with no VAT to add.
Yes. I’ll explain what I’ve found and why it matters, and any parts are quoted and agreed with you before anything is fitted.
