The range

Classeq machines I work on

Classeq’s undercounter glasswashers come as standard models and Duo models. According to Classeq’s product guide, standard models drain by gravity (with a drain pump as an option) and rinse at the site’s own water pressure, and they need an external water softener. Duo models have a drain pump and a rinse booster pump fitted, and can be ordered with a softener built in.

Classeq’s guide asks for around 2 bar of water pressure on standard models. Classeq’s handbook lists a 55°C wash and a 70°C rinse for its glasswashers. Older machines carry range names such as Eco and Hydro, and the model is shown on the data plate.

Independent

An independent engineer

I’m not connected to Classeq. Classeq is part of the Winterhalter Group, and I’m independent of both. If your machine is still under warranty, or covered by a rental or service agreement, check that first.

Outside warranty, I’m happy to help. A photo of the data plate before the visit lets me identify the model, and parts are quoted and agreed before I fit them.

For general help with any make, see my pages on machines not draining, leaking, not heating or tripping the electrics.

Are you a Classeq service agent?

Check the model name on the data plate. If you’re unsure, send me a photo of it.
